Returns


We sell yardage of raw material and cut each order from a larger role. Therefore we can only accept returns of damaged or incorrect items.

Wool felt is a natural material and will vary in color and texture between production runs. We feel that such variations add to the unique quality of our products, and are not considered defects. In addition, colors of our wool and synthetic felt may appear differently in photos or on a computer screen.

If you are unsure of the color or type of felt you need, please order our swatch card in advance.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items please email contact@bossfelt.com within 5 business days and we will arrange a replacement of the items you have.
